People usually don't actually want negative feedback. If i could of voted silently I would have.
But for starters the total waste of resources and logistics required to pull off such a system.

See, this is what I mean when I state people usually have no interest in actual feedback.
First its not a system in place that could be used, secondly it will never be in place and you can quote me on this and finally I dabble not that it has any bearing on my stance.
