Instead of having to go through the steps of pming a staff member with a profile violation, with this simple implementation there'd be an automated process where with a simple button a profile is tagged for review.
This can pertain to signature violations, and other violations in the profile.

I believe this would make reporting profiles and signature violations more easy, without cluttering the pm box of the appropriate staff members.

PS: Can we also remove ''Create New Topic'' from the Site Suggestions page? Only polls are allowed.

The members++ are here to deal with PM reports, If the report is incorrect the staff can explain why it is or isnt allowed.

I dont see the benefit

The benefit is you don't have to pm the staff member anymore, pressing the button would do something to the likes of notifying a member++ on an additional page where there's a queue of profiles that have been indicated to be reviewed due to violations.
I suppose if you were to ask a staff member if something is or isn't allowed you'd be more inclined to send a pm to ask for context, however in a clear situation of say a massive signature violation it would only speed up the process and make things simpler, there's the benefit, members++ don't get bypassed here, just an easier system for them to see what profiles to review.

Make it so this process works like every ticket system out there on every forum. If the M++ or Mod don't agree, simply let them neglect the report and whoever reported gets a notification that it indeed was a violation or not.

Something like that yes, up to the developer's interpretation of what happens after.
Thanks for your input. :)

PMing the staff is a benefit for both sides, Gets users to interact with the staff, Helps the newer staff get experience dealing with users reports & questions can be answered and information given when you PM.

Report button on a profile can and more than likely just be spammed, People report users posts they just dont like so this would end up in loads of random reports because of grudges. I see how people would like it but i think the best way is the current way ( profile vios PMd to Members++ )

Not really, but when I get pms from people or see posts and I see their signature is 9000x9000 this idea is a whole lot faster than having to see which members++ is online and typing a polite message, when I could just tag the profile with a report button as is custom in other places, like topics.

I don't think it will work as for a button for a "profile violation" in general.

Maybe it would be an ideia to think about if there was a button for "signature violation" specifically.

That's my opinion about this. Voted no for the time being.

By some of the comments already made, then I would add something to your suggestion.

When you press "Report Profile Violation" it automatically opens up your PM to a Mod that deals with that section with the information automatically inserted in the title = Report Profile Violation and a link to the character profile on which you clicked is added to the PM and then you can just add the violation and then send.

Now, by doing this, it removes all the copy/paste crap that this suggestion is trying to get rid of, this also ensures that the information is sent to the proper Mod(s) dealing with that section, and on top of that, it nullifies this post:

It answers this post:

And it clears up this post:

EDIT: Null vote since it requires tweaking to counter the meds arguments.
