explain a legit way how to find out if a item is perm/unperm.
if you create a rule which doesnt allow you to sell unperm peoples starts to sell them as normal without any info if perm or unperm
there is no way to take this unperm items out its a part of the game and if you cant deal with it you need a 100% trusted seller or you easy dont buy the item
[x] no from me ( and i dont even play nl )
on other words
wont happen cause no way to controll if a item is perm / unperm
two ways. price of the item (if it's a fraction of the price of a legit one, it's obv. unperm) and the seller of the item (sellers selling unperm items are known to sell unperm, so if one of them suddenly starts selling items with bad / no history .. obv. unperm)
A dose of common sense helps here too. new accounts / ones with old join dates and low post counts, (or in short users people don't really know, hereafter known as "multis") who come on the site with some item claiming its perm shouldn't be traded with, based both on history and how well the person is known / trusted.
My issue however is not with UaPers, (though they should be flogged mercilessly), my issue is with the people who enable the UaPers to UaP by selling them the unperm item to begin with. If we restrict the sale of the unperm items, sure people will still UaP, but it will happen a *lot* less. I'm proposing prevention at the source as opposed to punishment at the outcome.

I mean I understand where you're coming from and I do agree with your premise, just.. I'm proposing something different is all.

but u can ban the unperm shops from selling unperms, less flooding the market with unperms.
kids that sell unperms as permed aren't gonna stop selling them, but would be a lot harder, if they aren't able to pm buddy thats selling the unperms at next to nothing.
even if someone gets his hands on an unperm from his buddy via pm he still has to contend with the lack of item history and the fact he's untrusted/unknown
