Since it's a reply in your thread you would be sending that person a PM to tell them which game to join. Simply put a checkmark in the "Save a Copy of this Message in my Sent Folder" box. Once you are in the game and ready to send the FG, go to your Sent Folder, click the person's name link and you are taken directly to their profile where you can click the gold icon.

I'm voting No because there is already an easy way to do this.

and that's how it should be.

You should always get a private message from the person you trade with. How else would you know for sure it's him?

No reason to make it more complicated than that.

All you need to do, is to stay in the topic and send the gold to the mediator who enters the topic and state that he/she is mediating, after you have requested it.
Problem solved. Also that med will propably pm you, so you have his/her account in your pm box too.

Also you can add all trading partners in your address book. So you find them in few seconds from pm box.
