All text and pictures when put into [CENTER][/CENTER] [RIGHT][/RIGHT] tags drop down a line from the orignal line

This problem has been going on since before I joined and has not been fixed yet so i'm just going to make (another) topic regarding fixing this Paul. Somewhere along the lines in the codes it makes it jump down a line. Making the orignal line it's suppose to be on all jumpy and messed up.

Users feel free to vote and leave a input but this is just a simple quick fix Paul has to do himself. There isn't really a need to get peoples opinion on it. It is however appericated.
