Already suggested and turned away.
What you could do is to make a guild topic for notification purposes.

We have such things but sadly, some people may not be around for a bit and not get to see them.

I just don't understand why a simple change would not be taken into consideration.

Not sure what alternative we have that is even semi expedited.

Not to mention, some people may lose track of the topic for a day when the information may need to get out quickly for an event or something the guild is hosting.


Lots of scenarios where this could come in handy and would be easy to control for the guild leader.

This has been suggeated and it was shotted down.

Use guild noteboxes for these.
Name it as "guild info" and let others know that they should track it.
Then you can post all news etc in there.

ye, I made topic like this agessss back, got refused, even though I still think its A good idea, especially if u have members that don't check the guild topics,
but I still say yes

Once again, even tho we could pour FG into something of that nature and still hope that it doesn't get bumped too far back to where someone didn't get it, I still believe that this idea is much more efficient.

Voted yes. Even though it has been suggested and not implemented, it still sounds like a good idea. Seems like they just want ppl to buy/use guild note boxes.
