I think that with so many games, there'd be a lack of focus in this subforum.

It seems easier to just post beta testing threads in their appropriate areas.

I think a place for a person to start a main thread for each game as it comes out and opens in beta stages would be better especially for people who aren't very active and don't have time to search the website for hours to find new games.

I like the idea but I think it would be easily forgotten about and people would continue to post in like general chat and what not.

Yeah and it would take some advertising to get it around so people know that it is there but once again, I believe it would serve a big purpose to the many who like being a part of the beta stage in a game's life.
