Alrighty then, this is my first suggestion, so hopefully it goes well, haha.

I as a jsp user take full advantage of the Topic Tracker and it's my most avidly viewed page by far, so I track a lot of things on it.
Currently I dislike the way that it orders your topics, with from what I understand no particular way to reorganize them.
I'd like to suggest a rank system, not particularly different from the one currently used in 'Managing Friends' to rank users on your profile.
I think this would help anyone who regularly uses and tracks a large amount of topics.
