Hey Jsp,

I remember the first days I was using Jsp, and I have to say that it was a bit complicated to always find the right place.
Although all impotant information like forum rules are listed, I often see many new members (I am talking about the real new members, not the multis) who also have their problems.

So how about a simple short welcome message from the Jsp notifier which is automatically sent to new members who use this site for the very first time?
It should include the most important information with some useful links, and I would feel pleased to be welcomed when using this site for the first time.

Maybe something to think about, new members get involved and improve way faster when they got the most basics from the very beginning.
I'd like to know what you think about it, and sorry for my average english

IMO this has been suggested before, but i cant remember when and dont find it now. So i vote yes.
