Unless a Guild Leader can give this right to some of his members in the 'edit ranks' part, I voted No.
TANN3R and myself run Virtue, and I don't see myself without access to that subforum if it were to exist.
If that tool is there, it's to help Guild ''Leaders,'' right? Well then, I run the Guild as much as the ''Real Owner'' does. No from me until then.
As to how individual guilds arrange their leadership duties, that's not really something I want to try to dictate (as to how it might relate to the forum). The forum needs to exist first. What it becomes or how it evolves would largely be determined by the site and those who populate it. Even though I'm sure I'd love to have texxxmex (my current second) in there with me, I'm not going to assert that as a necessity, because having just the owners would allow meaningful and beneficial discussions to take place. Whether that sub forum community would be made better by the addition of designated co-leaders is a matter for future discussion. How does that person get determined? How do we ensure leaders are not simply allowing the entirety of their membership access? Some degree of exclusivity is needed to ensure that it maintains an above average standard as well as its intended usefulness. It's not to intentionally snub people who work hard or who share joint responsibility in certain guilds, it's just a starting point to work towards overall improvement.
