Here I introduce a new report system for reporting user violations and not necessarily post violations.
The system will work just like reporting a post, however the user report would go directly to the Members+ to handle it.
I feel this system wouldn't be hard to implement and would make it easier to clean up a lot of signature/profile violations around the site!

Here is where the new Report User system starts. It will start right on the users profile. If you see a violation on a user, you would now click the Red Circle to send a report as shown in this picture

After clicking the Red Circle to report a user this next menu will pop up just like when you report a post.
From this menu you can select any of the violations a user currently has and just hit the "Report This User" button.

That is all, Please vote Yes or No and if voting No I would appreciate your feedback. If you think anything needs to be changed or added just let me know!
The User report form I added has only the rules I feel apply to go there, however if you think something should be taken away or added just post it!
If you dislike the Initial Red Circle Report button give me an idea on what else to use or where else to put it. I thought perhaps adding one to the user on each post
is a bit much, but could provide an example of that as well. My only other idea would just be to add another line under "Send a Message" that just
says "Report This User." I went with the red circle because I feel it stands out a bit more and easier to catch.

So in a sense you would be creating a sort of a list members++ as a new form of Signature/avatar violations etc?

I like it, although it would probably make the system more anonymous.

The one flaw I see with this system is signature rotators, and rotating images in profiles. The usefulness of the interpersonal communication is demolished, and users can no longer specify in ONE report which of the signatures on the rotator violates the rules.

#reports can do this. Just need to give details.

Only thing is that many people do not like to be publically known for reporting people.
And sometimes they feel like sending a pm is a waste of time.
Making it simple could improve the amount of reports.

Only thing is that the reports sometimes needs to be given details to point out the issue.
Maybe this is why it stayed with you having to Pm a Member++ or using #reports.
I do remember such a idea suggested long ago but never got followed up. Unsure how it sent.

I vote yes. :)

Though of course, certain violations might have to be sent to a ++, but it works the same way with actual posts, because in certain cases (like where a topic is closed but there is material that must be trashed visible) a JM/TM must be messaged.

Absolutely, I don't know anything about how the report button currently works and what the process is. Obviously because I am not a mod or anything like that, but I thought with this system the way it would work is when you Report a User it would go directly to a Members ++ Automatically since they basically handle all the Signature/Profile violation type stuff anyways.

I'd just like to note that I mistook the couch cushion on the top righthand corner of your signature for an ass.
