I think this is highly needed to keep every useful information in front of the users scope.

This would be the same as the old Diablo II one.

I've had a chat about this with a JM a few weeks ago, but seems like no changes made due to the lack of time, so i just leave this suggestion here to show the need of it.

As djsem stated, one already exists created by Archmage. There really isn't enough information about D3 yet to create a longer guide, but I have already suggested multiple changes to Tyler (archmage) in regards to it.
