I was just noticing that at the bottom of the edit member ranks page it states that all new members are automatically put into the last rank.

I also usually see in the guild logs that *** accepted member ***, then *** edited member ***

So my suggestion is, to make it more efficient, to put an option in the edit guild settings page to assign what rank you want new members to go into.

It's not much of a big deal at all, but I think it could useful.

i don't mind moving new guild members once they join, but its not a bad idea either.

Yes, it wouldn't matter in United Slackers, but it would definitely be useful elsewhere for sure.
