Yup , they have swedish so why not norwegian also.
Would be a good way to get to know more norwegian people,
and may be easier to ask questions about d2jsp , d2 and generally anything for people who doesnt speak/understand english that good.

Make a list of all the users that would use it to try to convince people that the Norwegians truly deserve one.
For now, I am going to vote no, but it will change if the list you make is long enough.
