Many Sellers have alot of items, and because one topic sometimes have limit how much u can post, some like me make more topics for each category to list like, one for uniques and one for runewords.
When i go to bed, i always wake up with full pm box and 20+ that posts even though they can see i am offline even with the icon, but they still post, and i have to spend 1-2 hours pming all everyday.
So my suggestion is a option for me to do something easier for them to see i am sleeping or currently unavaliable or do not disturb, maybe in top of the topic when they look or make a popup coming up when they try to post anything
its not fun each night go and edit 10-15 topics everyday and write "sleep or back tomororw" on each of em everyday.

Please dont make a comment a comment like they already can see when you was last online or there is that grey icon to show you offline etc, no one looks at that, if they did i would not get 20+ pms everyday and 40+ posts in my topics.

Voted no. Maybe make a graphic that depicts the fact that you’re not online such as making them aware that if your pm symbol is greyed out that means you’re not online. If you’re worried about replying to people wanting to trade you or having your PM box filled then simply pay the $10/month to be a certified user or whatever for a 150 space inbox.

You can do a few things imo.

Don't make a list more than you can manage. And you can edit your trade status through your signature before you sign off/on.

No one looks as signature if one is online or offline and no one look at the green icon status, you were a daily buyer of items you would know that.



even if pay the 10$ for pm box dont solve the 40+ daily posts in my topic, doing something graphic require me again to edit like 10 topics daily, i tried that by just editing to sleep everyday its tiring

people keep vote no on this i knew that would happend, cuz people that isnt a big seller or one that trade alot or buy alot, isnt the voters.

you got 40+ posting in topics
besides stopping making topics or just stop selling

what can be done to lessen the burden? my suggestions was some Sleep / Away / Do Not Disturb thing, so please stick to that

Selling things on d2jsp isn’t a job, you make it sound like a job. Maybe you should take a break from selling things if you’re so stressed out about too many people trying to buy the things you post for sale while you’re sleeping.

I still believe that it's poor time and list management.

Don't trade via PM first of all. Tell users to post in topic.

And the fact that you state "No One" looks at signatures is a false statement.

true that it should not be a job, and stressful, i will see if i can adjust to less topics, but would be nice still if some feature like these were to happend



nice links will look at em, not so sure what mean with poor time and list management, and i dont like pm trades at all, i like when all just post in topic, i made it simple for them, all htey gotta do is copy pate the item with price listed they want
i pm the game and trade done, but people do tend to still pm me...

i will look at the link you found i appreciate that you took time and look into that Oo, about the signature, in my case i dont wanna remove it, because i want to be reminded everyday for the struggle i managed to come pass, you right that some do look at signatures, but i havent seen much buyers do in my eyes.

Put something like that in your profile imo if you need a reminder like that, respectfully. It just sounds now that you would rather have that up rather than adjust your signature to help this issue you are having.

I believe the online color on status icon* turns off about 20 minutes after a user logs off. (Not positive, just something I have noticed)

Idea: Or a suggestion from what I have seen others do. Is hyperlink your trade list, and add current trading status.

as mentioned before this part <<< no one looks at the 40+ trades are posted 30min even 5 hours after i am offline, daily so it proves no one looks at it.

i am not changing my signature, but yes it is a option to do trade status not so sure still many would react to it, a buyers instinct is almost always just see what you want and then post, what is on left or right they dont look at all, just at the item they want infront of em

Also the items you sell are very common, on demand items that people will always need/want. There is no ways around people not looking at your profile and saying to themselves oh this guy isn’t on i’m not gonna pm them. They will say oh this guy isn’t online, i’ll PM him and he will get back to me when he gets back online. That’s how it works, sounds like you’re motivated to sell your items but only when you’re online which isn’t how everyone thinks unfortunately.
