I know this from your other thread. We need more information than what you have posted.
If you want to create a subnet scheme with the fewest number of subnet possible then you would just have two networks by dividing the network by two. So you would have two /25 networks. Your subnet mask will be: 255.255.255.128.
When you have a Router connection to another Router your subnet mask will be /30 which is 255.255.255.252. /30 is the subnet with the minimum number of hosts possible.
With your part 1 you want 5 hosts per subnet possible. You will have 32 lots of /29 subnets. This means 8 total addresses -2 for the Network and the broadcast address.
The network addresses will go in this order: (Left address is Network address, right address is broadcast address. Everything inbetween are eligible host addresses.)
172.50.0.0 - 172.50.0.7
172.50.0.8 - 172.50.0.15
172.50.0.16 - 172.50.0.23
172.50.0.24 - 172.50.0.31
172.50.0.32 - 172.50.0.39
172.50.0.40 - 172.50.0.47
All the way down to
172.50.0.248 - 172.50.0.255
