I'm using ableton Live 9 suite and learning to make EDM music, but would like to hire a coach to help via skype/skype viewer

Rate can be negotiated. Must actually know what you're talking about and show some of your work.

Any music background? Do you know any music theory or play any intruments?

Have you play around with any daws before?

How long have you used ableton? Do you know the basics? Or are you completely new to the software?

I have been using ableton live for 4 years now. Might be ableton to help you out.
