I have the third paragraph done, but would like someone to look over it and tell me if I should change anything or if its done well. I'm not looking for anyone to tell me what exactly to write but just give me advice so the next paragraphs and papers will be better.

Social Anxiety

Although they recognize that the fear is excessive and unreasonable, people with social anxiety disorder feel powerless against their anxiety. They are terrified they will humiliate or embarrass themselves. Some everyday tasks become immensely cumbersome and even seem impossible to accomplish. One of the most troublesome activities for someone suffering from social anxiety is establishing friendly, casual and romantic relationships. Social anxiety can and in most cases does have a generally negative impact on one’s life. Those who have not experienced social anxiety may not realize how difficult it may be for those who have been struggling with the disorder their entire lives.

Everyone has daily tasks they must accomplish, some of which they may even enjoy. It can be quite perplexing trying to understand how some of these tasks can be anything other than effortless. The opposite is true for those individuals who suffer from social anxiety; in fact, those tasks can become truly demanding. Specifically, when someone without the disorder becomes ill, they tend to call and schedule a doctor visit to locate the cause of the illness and recuperate faster. The disorder creates an irrational fear of social situations, such as being on the phone, which causes them to put off the situation indefinitely. One would consider going to the grocery store to be a straightforward task. However, to those with social anxiety, it becomes a challenging hurdle to overcome. Being in a position where one is subjected to populated areas becomes overwhelming, having to converse with the unfamiliar cashier at the end of the outing can be excessively off-putting. Those with the disorder tend to develop a reluctance to leaving the comfort of their home, which impacts their ability to accomplish task and can affect social interactions.

Relationships are established on a daily basis, which most people find to be quite effortless. However, for those who suffer from social anxiety this is an endless struggle, which can cause them to withdraw and even convince themselves that the relationship is not worth the effort. As a consequence, they tend to forfeit the opportunity to establish new and existing friendly and casual relationships. For instance, one would need to be in an area where people congregate to converse with someone new, which is immensely difficult for those with the disorder to even subject themselves to. Also, one would need the ability to initiate conversation, again, something virtually impossible for those with social anxiety. One of the most difficult relationship for a person with social anxiety to establish or maintain is a romantic one. This is because of the loss of confidence one suffers from the disorder, as well as, previously stated reasons. As a result, when the opportunity does arise for conversation they would contemplate their response for an extended period, though as the response is considered they irrationally fear the outcome to be embarrassing. Causing them to think of a new response, repeating the process until finally concluding that no response is worth the chance of embarrassment and remaining quiet.
