Just wondering if I did this right?

Cost of Ice Cream Bars (in dollars)
1.29 1.37 1.30 0.80 0.67 1.33 1.37 1.37
1.27 0.93 0.63 0.80 0.27 1.38 0.77 1.14
1.53 0.55 0.80 0.70 0.36 0.65 0.47 0.68
0.50 0.48 0.46

1st quartile = 0.55

2nd quartile = 0.80

3rd quartile = 1.30

Determine each of the quartiles.

Just took (N=27) and multiplied that by each of the percentiles in decimal form (0.25,0.5,0.75) and counted up from there

Is that the correct way to do it and are my answer correct? Lemme know! (In bold)

0.27,0.36,0.46,0.47,0.48,0.50,0.55,0.63,0.65,0.67,0.70,0.77,0.80,0.80,0.80,0.93,1.14,1.27,1.29,1.30,1.33,1.37,1.37,1.37,1.37,1.38,1.53,

mean=0.884
n=27

so Q1 would be all numbers before 0.884. So it would be the mean of 0.27 to 0.80 Q1=0.594
Q2 would be 0.884
Q3 would be all number from the mean to 1.53. Therefore Q3= 1.3042

Next time please arrange your numbers from smallest to greatest. It'll help you in the long run.
Cheers Mate.
