Can anyone please help me with this? What do the things in the red circles mean? How would i do this on packet tracer?

RIP = Routing information protocol
/# is the subnet mask
E0 im guessing is the area metric if OSFP is being used OR the port that the link is on
the verticle and horizontal lines mean they go to other internal networks not specified by the diagram
