I have an assignment based on a lab I did a few weeks ago in which E. coli bacteria were infected with phage and plated onto selective plates to ascertain the co-transduction frequencies of the genes argA, cysJ and lysA, relative to the gene thyA.

The assignment involves taking our class results and determining the order of genes; I think I have arrived at an answer but want someone to check it over.
