How would you prevent users from running old MS-DOS versions of games in a company without creating rules?

Will tip well for a educated answer.

By getting them intrinsically motivated to do something useful or creative for the company

Externally Controlling employees
Or worse the need to do so, means a significant mismanagement as well as bad leadership skills.

Or to put it more francly:
Externally Controlling employees Is a bad idea. Always.

To give you an example: you take away their dos games? People play on toilet with their smartphone.
You take away their internet? Yes that's gonna make them motivated to do your company as much good as you do them.

And that is an educated answer.

What does that matter.
If people play dos games in your class your lessons are obviously too dull or not entertaining nor instructive enough
And u don't change that by external controls

€or the people in your class know all the stuff already
