Heyy.. I would like to ask for help on this problem. I do not know how to get the answer..
Will send 100fg for help with the answer + pathway to the solution [=

Seems like you got 3-4 parts, depending on how you look at it.
You need to sum up the following:
Pressure from the column of oil (and atmospheric pressure)
Pressure required to overcome the laminar flow head loss from the pipe resistance
Pressure required to shoot the oil 28m vertical from the exit of the pipe (my guess is a mixture of motion physics equations (to get Vexit) and bernoulli's once you have Vexit required for h=28m)
Can maybe work this out tomorrow or this weekend but don't have the time tonight.
