I have some germination data collected over time and need to run some stats for it. Right now, the only thing I know to do is to test normality using shapiro wilk's test on the total germination for each treatment, and then to do a var.test and t.test for each treatment/replicate.
If you are someone who enjoys stats and can take my data, run different types of analyses on them, make some plots and give me all the R codes you use WITH annotations so that I can understand what you're analysing/looking at I would LOVE YOU. and send you fg in the morning. If you have to make new excel/csv sheets for my data because it isn't organized properly I'd love to have those too!
Any takers?
Also I absolutely need help with R. I took an introductory course last year so that I can analyze my data this year when I finally have results to work with but I can barely remember it and all I have are old assignments. If anyone is willing to tutor me on this that'd be great (for another time, I could get more fg).
150fg for your help?

If you're interested I can send you my excel file and some info. by email, just post
