Writing a Court Case Analysis Paper on a CEQA court case that deals with the adequacy of the CEQA document usually in regards to a Negative Declaration or an Environmental Impact Report,

The case I chose so far:

"Keep our Mountains Quiet vs. County of Santa Clara"

If anyone familiar with this subject knows of a different case that would be easier for me to write a 3-4 page summary on, this case is the right topic, but I have to sift through 35 pages,

or if someone is willing to help me with the paper with a detailed outline maybe I will offer fg depending on your effort,
