In order of learning it goes pre-calculus > calc 1 > calc 2 (or a/b) right?

Does calc 1 start at college? i.e undergraduate levels and pre-calculus at high school?

Calc 1/2 can be taken in high school for sure. ap/bc
some might have calc 3

It depends on where you live :P

Here we no longer teach Calc 1 and 2 in high school.

If you want my opinion, I think It could be a must for the high school, at least Calc 1 and 2.

Yeah I took AP calc back in hs my senior year (7yrs ago) in IL and we covered all the way up to halfway through calc 3 and some diff eq
