anyone any good in medical terms in latin?

basically need help with translating terms like chronic disease of the liver to latin
endings has to be 100% correct which is what im having troubles with

also knowing what word comes first or last etc

Chronic disease of the Liver would be something along the lines of:

Chronis morbum ita iecur
