Hi, I have little experience in accounting, so I don't know if I could help you in your issue.

I'm here to try anyways. Would you like to post here what do you need?

Regards.

This is what I need:

Audit Planning Memorandum
10K Filing:
http://searsholdings.com/invest/docs/SHC_2014_Form_10-K.pdf#pagemode=thumbs&page=1&zoom=100,0,0

Section 1: Engagement Objectives & Deliverables
In this section the auditors will discuss the scope of the upcoming audit. The auditor will list the deliverables that will result from their work (e.g., audit opinion(s), debt covenant letters, quarterly reviews, etc…).

Section 3a: Suppliers
Address at least two key points about issues relating to your company's suppliers. Keep in mind that the points you identify should have important implications for understanding your company as an audit client.

Section 7: Summary of Audit Plan
In this section, a summary of all the previously addressed issues will be provided. Key issues, such as the scope of the audit, the main risks which need to be addressed, and the schedule of the audit will all be reviewed and included.

Section 8: Audit Planning Memorandum Approvals:
The audit partners and managers will sign off on the planning memo as evidence that they are in agreement as to the documented understanding of the client and its risks, as well as the scope and plan of the audit, as presented in this memorandum.
*NO WORK NEEDED HERE*

If anyone thinks they are able to answer any of the question lmk
