So I need a graph to represent the number of specific diseases in my county, I have made a graph with all the information on it but I am not very skilled when it comes to excel and the problem I'm running into is that the values range from 1 to 709 so the graph looks pretty skewed, any way someone could help me out with this or give me some tips? There are only two high values one being 709 the other being 157, then two medium values of 47 and 67 the rest are under 20. I can provide the graph I'v already made if anyone would like

You could eventually break your tick marks...

But your problem is usually solved using the logarithms of the values.

This for sure, since the values are so large and small it looks skewed turn your numbers into a log scale an they will even out a bit, this type of method is used all the time when you have a large range in data values.

I would just break the axis. A linear scale is neater and you only have two outliers, not worth using the logarithm scale in this case IMO.
