look up youtube vids for group by. getting an answer isn't gonna help you. you need to understand what the group by does.

doesn't matter. you said you don't understand GROUP BY. GROUP BY is the same across all relational DBMS. the only thing that differs is syntax. if you understand it in mysql or sqlserver or oracle, then you'll be able to understand it in MS Access
