If anyone can help me understand trig more, let me know.
I'm not full retard, but I must say, trig is very confusing... I have the basics, but all of the transformations throw me off.

a transformation on a trig function is very similar to one on a normal function. I highly recommend looking outside of your trig book for information on it. below is a visualization and explanation that may help.

khan academy is one of the best resources for understanding a single concept that is hard to grasp
