I've done lots and lots and lots of interviews. I've interviewed for public sector jobs, for attorney honors programs, from private law firms. I've also interviewed at places like Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Walgreens, and casinos
Make it is a conversation. The biggest test for someone to hire someone else is whether they could spend 40 hours a week with them. Prove to them that you're a normal person, that doesn't decent work, and shows up on time, you'll get the job.
Questions: Strengths/weaknesses, situations where you made a mistake, situations where you solved a problem, situation where you did or didn't delegate well.
But also go in there with questions. At some point, they will ask, "Do you have any questions for me?" And instead of looking back blankly and saying, "Uhm, well, no." Have something intelligent to ask, and that will strengthen their report with you.
