If you use ingredient 1, then you have an additional cost of 10 euros per kg of the final product.
If you use ingredient 3, then you have an additional cost of 10 euros per kg of the final product.
If you use both ingredients 1 and 3, then you have an additional cost of 20 euros per kg of the final product.

There is a minimum requirement of each nutrient given at the bottom, but you need not satisfy them all. The final product will be acceptable if it only fulfills 3 requirements.
