This is a movie review. You may choose the movie.
PP 1: Provide basic info about the film. Ex: name, year, director, how much money was made, major actors, ect.. Should allude to the central concept of the film. No thesis included, but should focus on a central analysis.
PP 2: Give a brief plot summary. Avoid specific details that would spoil the viewing for others.
PP 3: Description. What stands out in your mind when you think about this film? How did it make you feel? Your personal impression of the film.
PP 4: Analysis. How do the films formal techniques effect the way the film looks, feels, and sounds to you? (Ex: cinematography, editing, lighting, genre, or narrative.)
PP 5: Conclusion. Remind reader of your general thoughts on the film. You may state weather you would recommend the film or not. Make sure to remind the reader of why the film is or is not worth seeing.
Must be 2 pages in length, MLA format, double spaced.
Tips:
Express your opinion, but support your criticism.
Avoid Spoilers.
Judge the story.
Rate the actors.
