100x^2 + 121y^2 -1000x +726y -8511 = 0

how can I change this above to this below

(x-+A)^2/a - (y-+B)^2/b


Here is an example

((x+2)^2 / 151 ) - ((y-6)^2/56)

i think that's just completing the square, right? or no?
