You work backwards, the zeros of the function are given to you thus you work backwards by multiplying the zeros out.
Ie: given degree of polynomial 2 and zeros of -2,3 we can find polynomial by multiplying out (x+2)(x-3)=x^2-x-6

a.) f(x) = x^3 + 3x^2 + 15x - 13
b.) f(x) = x^3 + 3x^2 + 9x - 13
c.) f(x) = x^3 - 4x^2 +9x - 13
d.) f(x) = x^3 +5x^2 +9x - 14
e.) No correct Answer
So it's probably (e)
