topic: movies have often been blamed for their lax values and moral standards. More recently, the export of Hollywood films has met with opposition abroad for these same reasons, and some critics within the United States argue that Hollywood does not promote a proper American image or values. Does Hollywood have an obligation to produce films that promote a better American image and American values abroad? Why or why not? Use examples of recent movies to support your argument.

I basically just need help with getting some ideas for making an outline, I'll type the paper myself but then I may ask for a little editing/revising

I'll basically be paying 1k FG for helping me make the outline and another 1kfg for editing/revising after I've finished the draft

some ideas: obliged can be because someone feels obliged to do soemthing. This is intrinsic and is grounded in morale
He/she does it because they think it is the thing they should do and it is the right thing to do.

if someone "should be" obliged it usually contains to make someone (extrinsic) do something. he must do it. this can also be obligation.
However no artist and that is what the producers and filmmakers in hollywood are can be MADE to do something.
Apart from missing any base to make anyone obliged to promote american virtues in their art, trying so would involve to lessen the freedom of those people.
And in my oppinion freedom is a very important american virtue.

This would be my general argumentational outline and outcome.
You/i would have to look into for reasons someone is likely to feel obliged to spread american virtues.
However I would be hard put, because francly i think american "virtues" are shit.
