in order to convert hydrazine (n2h4) to nitric acid what is required?
An oxidizing agent or reducing agent?

Nitric Acid is HNO3 so my hunch is going to say oxidizing agent

Oxidizing, as oxygen is needed and will be doing the oxidizing.
