Were you given the data or did you calculate it?
If you calculated it and rounded, say from 1.6 to 2, keep it at 1.6 and label the xaxis in .5 decimals.
Assuming you did not round, I would put a line, and then a bold line and label the first Q1 and the second M, and just fill out the rest of the graph

/e I would just use a bolder line to display the median.
