I am having trouble understanding this question.

Strategic Computer hardware Paper
Researching your company or your past employer or an organization that you are familiar with, prepare a 1,050-2,100-word paper in which you discuss the following:
a. How computer implementation and deployment are linked to your employers IT department’s strategic plan and strategic objectives.
b. Analyze your organization (or your past employer or an organization that you are familiar with) computer hardware implementation and deployment improvement plan.
c. Examples of the tools and techniques used to measure computer hardware performance or satisfaction within your selected organization.
d. Who has ultimate responsibility for computer hardware implementation and deployment and why?
e. Discuss the extent to which your organization’s IT department computer hardware implementation and deployment improvement plan is related to the organization’s strategic plan

Am i suppose to be talking steps to improve the implementation plan ? ( ex. How to upgrade system, productivity, innovation etc)

Also with C, what does it mean by tools and techniques?

Sorry, I am newbie when it comes to terms like these and my prof did not assign any background or extra resources to use to help me on this assignment.

I was wondering if you could just give me a clear explanation of those two terms. I googled these terms, but I just need someone familiar with this area of subject to confirm for me

no, you don't talk about your opinion.i'm pretty sure you are suppose to write about their improvement plan for implmentation and deployment of hardware. imo it is vague



tools and techniques can be something on the lines of surveys or benchmarks
