Taking physics class and I need to figure out how to do these. It's been quite sometime doing these after HS.

Anyone wanna help me out how to do them step by step? Heres zeh problems

just set what your equation equal to v/2
basically youre solving for when (1-e^ ) is equal to 1/2
take the natural log of both side to bring down the exponents

I havent had a math class in so long I dont think I could do any of these anymore. crazy how fast you forget shit like this.
