Can you substantiate your hint? I only have one attempt left...

nvm: slope was 0.6. I kept putting in 2/3 till i realized the graph wasn't on point when i looked closely.

Instantaneous velocity is simply velocity at that time.
Velocity is the slope of your "position vs time" curve
