Cant remember what grade, and I cant remember much else, ive tried googling but cant find what I wanna know.
Story line is a young girl lives in a world that hasnt had rain since their old enemies the ugluks took all the rain from them, series of events later girl ends up in the land of the ugluks and theyre called uglessians there and theyre dying from all the rain. Its like a 3-4 book series.
