Explain the process, effect on bacteria (name the pathogenic ones found in wine and milk), protein denaturation=disfunctional enzymes=death of bacteria without destroying the nutritional value
compare it to tyndallisation and UHT sterilisation processes and why pasteurisation is recommend for specific foods, idk what youre even asking

Explain the history of the impact of Louis Pasteur, the methods of pasteurization, flash method, hot and cool, etc., explain THE BACTERIA that are RESISTANT to this method, and explain the method of cell death and denaturation as mentioned above.
