Alright so if my algebra knowledge is still good I did the first one for you.
Whatevers inside the parentheses affects the x coordinate while whatevers outside affects the y.

So you want to know what it looks like at 2*f(x-5) so you first take the point (2,2) shift to the right 5 spaces because of the -5 inside the parentheses gives (7,2) then double y which gives you (7,4). Hope that makes sense....
