i dont really need the fgs cause they are useless to me  so maybe it would be better to show you how to do this so you dont need anyones help

you know that n (number of moles) = m (mass)/ M (molar mass). so you have mass of CsXeF7 and its molar mass is 132.9055 (Cs) + 131.293 (Xe) + 7*18.9984 (7*F) = 397.1873 grams per mole. so number of moles is (73.1)/(397.1873) = 0.184

and since you can see in the equation that one mole of CsF makes also one mole of CsXeF7, then 0.184 moles of CsXeF7 will be made by the same 0.184 moles of CsF. molar mass of CsF is 132.9055 (Cs) + 18.9984 (F) = 151.9039 g/mol so the mass of CsF needed is (151.9039)*(0.184) = 27.95 grams

you know that n (number of moles) = m (mass)/ M (molar mass). so you have mass of CsXeF7 and its molar mass is tel:132.9055 (Cs) + 131.293 (Xe) + 7*18.9984 (7*F) = tel:397.1873 grams per mole. so number of moles is (73.1)/(tel:397.1873) = 0.184

and since you can see in the equation that one mole of CsF makes also one mole of CsXeF7, then 0.184 moles of CsXeF7 will be made by the same 0.184 moles of CsF. molar mass of CsF is tel:132.9055 (Cs) + 18.9984 (F) = tel:151.9039 g/mol so the mass of CsF needed is (tel:151.9039)*(0.184) = 27.95 grams

I'm gonna be honest and say I didn't catch any of that.

moles are like a set amount of something
however, it pertains to elements or chemical compounds
like 12 eggs is 1 dozen and 1.5 dozen is 18 eggs, moles have similar relations

you find that relation by looking it up in the periodic table, the atomic mass
1 mole of w/e element = the atomic mass of that element

its okay, no one likes that part of chemistry  people love flashy stuff, colored potions and shit  anyway just post the other two questions if you still need them

np, i dont have much stuff to do  still you might want a second opinion because im quite careless with basic math operations  anyway, answer to the first (the one with xenon) is 27.95 grams in my calculation

edit: the thiosulfate was 197.6g
