It is wrong for the government to use tax payer money to try to stop piracy.
Piracy is like a bacteria that can easily adapt and evolve.
The more you try to stop it, the more it fights back.
Trying to stop piracy through governments gives it more attention, and more people will know how to pirate.
A better solution is to shoot back at the developers, music makers, etc with this idea...
Instead of asking the government to stop piracy for them,
they should hire programmers to add anti piracy measures like serial keys to suppress the piracy.
Hiring more programmers = programmers get more jobs, less stuff get pirated, everyone wins.
Does that boost enough insight to your paper?
