i would wrap it with bubble wrap good. the more you fill the container the better.
i think for the most part it will be fine. i receive shipments occasionally and they will be overnighted as well but on ice packs. when i get them, they tend to be close to or above freezing.
it will depend more too on what you are shipping, its heat capacity, the exact flight conditions, and so forth.
