am trying to understand exactly what the IRS did in 2006 in order to stop the abuse of Corporations from collecting off the deaths of NON Key employees.

Is it still abused today? If so how?

I am writing an essay challenging Michael Moore's Credibility, and I want to understand why these policies are no longer abused!
