new to the subject, just curious, where would I start in this problem?

If u = 60theta and F = 450 N, determine the magnitude of
the resultant force and its direction, measured counterclockwise
from the positive x axis.


Don't I need some other force or angle to work with to get anywhere?
Help would be gladly appreciated

Actually the picture used for the next problem used the same picture, I was lost for a moment, until I read the small print carefully <_<
